Summary: Great location. Great selection of breakfast foods Overpriced My room's closet door and the bathroom door did not close shut at all. It did not matter since I was solo but detracts from the hotel room

Summary: The front desk who did my check in wasn’t very nice. He was upset thay I checked in late like early in the morning, he said you should call us if you are coming late, I told him I sent an email telling I will checking in this time. He said there’s is a million email that they dont read..it’s not my problem if you have no time to read your emai. I was already there in front of him like be nice, we flew ffom San Ffancisco to New York and drove to Washington and all i can ser and hear is this kind of behavior. First of all, I paid for accommodation, it wasn’t free to get upset to me like he did. I hope this guy will be more empathetic and listen first especially if you are a front liner. Otherwise the room and location are not bad.

Summary: A couple of homeless men hanging outside the entrance in the morning, panhandling for money or cigarettes'. I was waiting for my car to be delivered from the basement storage garage, but I did see the two different men talking loudly complaining about the less than generous hotel guests. Both went inside the hotel and returned with coffee and maybe donuts... Uncomfortable situation. 7:00 am 6-14-25 for in a "family" environment.
